What is the return policy?
Our goal is that everyone is pleased with their purchase through the entire process from ease of order through our website, shipping speed, quality of the product and the use of their products received. What is the process of ordering an ALX RC Engine?
Due to the custom nature of these engines, all ALX RC Engines are built to order. This ensures quality and craftsmanship is kept at an unmatched level. Engines typically take 8-10 weeks before they are completed and ready to ship. If you order additional products with the engines all items will be held and shipped together. Additional customization including special anodising finishes may increase build time. We encourage you to Contact Us if you have any additional questions.
How long until I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. If any items are out of stock we will reach out and contact you beforehand. Orders are shipped via express Courier; arriving typically within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Keep in mind that big bore engines are built to order and have a lead time before shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Any duties or VAT that are charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have any control over what your government charges.
